Rachel represents companies and individuals in complex civil litigation matters and internal investigations. She also represents healthcare providers in connection with state and federal government investigations, regulatory and compliance issues, payor audits, professional liability claims, and malpractice claims.
Rachel is a trial attorney with notable experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. She has experience briefing and arguing motions, negotiating and mediating pre-trial settlements, taking and defending depositions, and executing efficient litigation strategies. She is an effective communicator and is known to thoughtfully navigate her clients through the complex legal process.
While attending the University of Richmond School of Law, Rachel obtained foundational defense skills through her meaningful experience with the Children’s Defense Clinic. She also gained a considerable understanding of the civil litigation process through her extensive work with the Family Law Clinic, for which she received the Virginia Bar Association Family Law Award. The insight she gained through those experiences led to her current success as an advocate for her clients.
