Andrew represents individuals and companies in government and internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, andcomplex civil litigation. He has represented clients in investigations and related civil litigation involving the False Claims Act, securities fraud, insider trading, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, money laundering, data security, antitrust, and environmental laws.
Before joining Chilivis Grubman Dalbey & Warner, Andrew was an associate with King & Spalding’s Special Matters Team in Atlanta and Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Practice Group in New York. Andrew has represented medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, hospital groups, financial institutions, Big Tech companies, retailers, private equity firms, and energy companies in government and internal investigations and related civil litigation. Andrew obtained declinations from DOJ and SEC in massive bet-the-company investigations, consistently obtaining favorable outcomes for clients. He has conducted dozens of witness interviews to prepare witnesses for testimony before DOJ, SEC, the United States Senate, State Attorneys General, and the New York State Department of Financial Services. Andrew has managed the production of over one million documents to government entities while coordinating relevance, significance, and privilege reviews.
Andrew graduated in 2015 from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Andrew served as an intern to Justice Keith Blackwell of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He also served as an intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Atlanta Regional Office and as an extern in the legal department of a Fortune 100 company. Andrew is a veteran of the United States Navy, serving as an Intelligence Specialist for eight years, and he is also an Eagle Scout.
