According to Urbanize Atlanta, national developer Crescent Heights has begun work on a rare type of Atlanta project: converting an entire apartment building into for-sale condominiums.

The 17-story property at 2460 Peachtree Road, long operated as The 2460 Peachtree Apartments, will be rebranded as Panorama Buckhead. The name reflects the building’s location between Midtown and Buckhead Village, with views of both the skyline and surrounding tree canopy.

Condominium conversions remain uncommon in Atlanta, where most high-rise construction has focused on rental supply. This project may signal growing demand for ownership opportunities in intown neighborhoods and could influence the balance of housing types in the Buckhead corridor.
